Es besteht also grenzüberschreitender Handlungsbedarf.

My trash is your trash: The one-of-its-kind movie time!

Often enough the trash we produce is discovered elsewhere: in the forest, in the ocean or even in a country far away from us. Accordingly,

transnational actions are needed. Yet, how is the waste issue dealt with in other places? And, what role does the civil society play when it comes to the development of solutions to these problems?

Come and join us on our digital journey around the world discussing waste!

On December 15th (6-8 pm, CET) the Forum – Kieler Zentrum invites you to the final session of the project Civil Society Dialogue on Sustainable Development, which is funded by the city of Kiel.

In November, civil society actors from four different partner cities (Brest, Hatay, Moshi District and San Francisco) in line with Kiel discussed the global problem of waste.

During the final session of this intercultural exchange the paricipants will present their self-made short movies portraying the waste issue out of their perspectives.

In addition, Marie Delaperrière (Unverpackt, Zero Waste Kiel e.V.) will also give a presentation.
